إستمراراً في ملاحقة الفاسدون والأنذال أمثال بلاتر وبن همام، وإستمراراً مني لنقل كل ما يخص الرياضة العراقية وما يدور حولها … وكما يعلم الجميع بإن العراقيون يتابعون قضية المجنس القطري أيميرسون … أحببت أن أنقل لكم هذه الحقيقة الأخرى التي جالس يكتشفونها أبناء العراق الأشاوس يوم بعد يوم وهذا كله بفضل الله وحمده … هذه المرة أليكم هذه الفضيحة الكبيرة نقلاً من منتدى كوووورة عراقية في منتديات كووورة العربية … أليكم نص الموضوع:

مما لا شك فيه .. ان رئاسة الاتحاد الاسيوي لكرة القدم .. شرف عظيم و مسؤليه كبيرة وجمة .. و قد ترقى برفعتها الى ارفع من مستوى رؤساء دول كثيرة .. بعد ان اصبحت كرة القدم .. بشعبيتها ونفوذها .. واستقلاليتها وقوانينها .. وجبروتها ومواردها.. قوة عظمى في العالم .. وليس بغريب ان جائنا يوم .. واصبح للفيفا .. مقعد دائم في مجلس الامن .. واصبح لرئيس الفيفا .. حق الفيتو في التصويت .. على احتلال او حصار دولة ما .. كرويا .. وعسكريا!! ومن هذا المنطلق .. وكجزء مهم في هذه المنظومة العالميه .. يستمد الاتحاد الاسيوي .. قوته .. وجبروته .. باعتباره راس الهرم الكروي.. في اكبر قارات العالم .. ويستلهم رئيس الاتحاد نفوذه .. على المستويين .. القاري .. باعتباره الآمر الناهي في القارة .. والعالمي .. لما له من ثقل كبير في عمليات التصويت الانتخابية .. لاختيار رئيس الاتحاد الدولي.. بحساب عدد الدول المنظوية تحت لواءه .. ومن هذا المفهوم .. نستطيع ادراك المعادلة الهمامية .. البلاترية .. المبنيه على مبدء .. شيلني .. واشيلك .. واحطك فوكَ راســــي!! ولاننا عرب.. وخليجيين .. فرحنا و استبشرنا كثيرا .. بهذا الشرف الذي حصل عليه عام 2002 محمد بن همام ..كواحد من ابناء عمومتنا .. واخواننا.. من بعد سيطرة ماليزية .. وشرق اسيويه طويلة .. على هذا المنصب المهم .. ليخلف بن همام سلفه.. بيتر فيلبان.. بعد دعم كبير .. من سيب بلاتر.. الذي لم ينسى وقفة بن همام معه .. باعتباره رئيسا لحملتي بلاتر الانتخابية .. عامي 1998 و 2002 .. ومساندة عربية خليجية.. صرفت بسخاء .. من اجل شراء هذا المنصب .. من السوق الشرق اسيويه.

الهمــام ابن همـــام .. جلس على عرش الرئاسة الاسيوي.. وقال بخجل (انا عندي استعداد للانحراف .. بس مش لاقي اللي يوجهني).. وتعيش مدرسة المشاغبين .. و مرسي ابن المعلم .. زنــاتي.. ليتبناه الخبير بلاتر ..ليرسم له طريقه .. ويبدء الاثنان .. بعزف اناشيد الفساد الرياضي النشاز.. واحد يرفع .. واحد يكبس. جاء بن همــام الى الرئاسة وفي نيته هدفــان .. لا ثالـث لهما ..
الاول: رد الدين .. لرئيسه .. و ولي نعمته .. وعرابه الاول.. ملك المافيا الكرويه العالميه .. ســـيب بلاتر.
الثاني: الجعل من قطــر .. قوة كــروية اسـيوية .. مهما كلف الامر.. بالمال .. وشراء اللاعبين ..ومنح المواطنة. هنا .. لا اريد الخوض بمواقف ابن همام المخزية .. وهي كثيرة جدا.. والتي ابتدئها بشراء الاصوات لبلاتر.. الى فضيحة المئة الف جنيه استرليني التي عرضها على رئيس الاتحاد الصومالي .. مرورا ببيعه تذاكر مباريات كأس العالم 2002 بالسوق السوداء .. وبيع تنظيم كاس اسيا 2007 الى اربع دول اسيويه بحجة تطوير اللعبه .. الى فوز قطر بتنظيم اسياد 2006 .. وفوز خلفان باحسن لاعب اسيوي .. ودخول استراليا الى الحضيرة الاسيوية.. وليس اخرها طبعا .. حرمانه يونس من هذه الجائزة .. ارضاءا للسعوديين.. هذا عدا الاخفاقات المعروفه ومنها قضية منتخبنا الاولمبي ومنتخب الناشئين .. وحديث الساعه وقضيتنا المركزيه ..

قضيه .. اميرسون .. سيء الصيت. ولكني اليوم .. ساكتفي بفضيحتين .. نشرتهما كبريات الصحف العالمية .. الاولى نشرت في ال (هيرالد تريبيون) والتي تتحدث عن (شراء) جناسي لثلاثة لاعبين برازليين سافروا الى قطر .. لانهم يقولون (سنبيع) جناسينا لقطر .. وقال احدهم .. البرازيل لا تريدني .. المانيا غير مستعدة لاخذي .. ولكن قطر قدرتني ورحبت بي!! وبالتالي فالجنسبة القطرية .. تعطى .. وفوكَهة بوسة .. وكم مليون دولار .. و الاسم يتحول بقدرة قادر .. من شيركو .. الى شـهيد .. او شـاهين!! كما مذكور في المقال.. و صــلي علــى نبيك!!

ويعود نفس الصحفي ليتحدث عن التغيير الذي اجراه الفيفا .. على المادة رقم 15 من قانون التجنيس .. وفي الاجتماع الذي عقدته الفيفا .. في عاصمة التجنيس .. دوحة العرب تحديدا .. بحيث يلائم الصيغة القطريه في شراء .. عفوا.. تجنيس اللاعبين .. ويستمر الكاتب ليقول.. ان قطر تبحث عن الصعود (بلا حيــاء) وبسرعه على حد تعبيره .. في حين يعبر رئيس الاتحاد الالماني عن الظاهرة القطرية .. بقوله: انه لمن المعيب والمخجل ان تقوم الدول باعطاء الجنسية للاعبين غير مواطنين ولا يربطهم اي رابط بقطر … والمقال طبعا يستمر و فيه الكثير الكثير .. من الحقائق والاستدلالات.

اما الفضيحه الثانيه.. فبطلها .. الخبير سيب بلاتر.. والتي نشرت في صحيفة ال(ديلي مايل) الشهيرة .. والتي يتحدث بها الكاتب .. عن وثائق اظهرها المدقق العام لحسابات الفيفا .. وهو اعلى سلطة رقابية .. ترفع تقاريرها الى المسؤلين ودوائر الضريبة .. حيث كشف عن وجود اختلاس كبير .. قام به سيب بلاتر .. في سبيل شراء اصوات .. لحملته الانتخابية الاخيرة.. و الفلــوس طبعا .. تجيب العــروس.. وتغير النفــوس.

اذا .. نحن في صدد الكلام عن .. لصوص .. محتالين .. ومغتلسين .. ولكننا لن نهابهم .. وسنقف ضدهم.. لن نهابك يا ابن همام .. وانت يا بلاتر.. وقضيتنا لن تباع .. ولا تشترى.. كما اشتريتم اميرسون وسوريا و عواظه وغيرهم.. مبدئنا لن نحيد عنه .. والعراق سيأخذ حقه منكم .. عن طريق العدالة ..لانكم لا تعرفون إلا لغة .. الغرف المظلمة .. والبيع والشــراء ..في الاسواق السوداء.. واخذنا على عاتقنا .. فضحكم .. وفضح افعالكم .. لحين احقاق الحق .. وعلى نهجنا مستمرين. وهذا غيضا من فـــيض .. وللفضائح بقية ..

SOCCER : Qatar stretches national borders

This week, three Brazilian soccer players — Ailton, Dede and Leandro — flew to Doha with the intention of selling their nationhood to Qatar. The money, they say, is not the important thing; it is the desire of men in mid-career to play for somebody, anybody, at the World Cup.
“Brazil does not want me,” Ailton said, “Germany is not prepared to take me. That’s why I have decided to play for Qatar, which appreciates me. I want to fulfill my dream to play for a national team.”

Ailton is 29. He is the hottest scorer in the Bundesliga, where he has struck 20 goals in 23 games for Bremen this season. Though he insists money isn’t his motivation, he will quit Bremen for a bigger salary at Schalke next season.

Ailton and Dede and Leandro, both employed by Borussia Dortmund, were welcomed in Qatar and paraded before a press conference where they spoke of craving the “brotherhood” of World Cup action.

They looked a little sheepish and left without signing any $1 million contracts, but Qatari officials declared it was “almost certain” that Ailton will pull on the pristine white uniform of Qatar against Jordan in a 2006 World Cup qualifier March 31.
Should we be surprised, shocked, or even dare to have an opinion on this affair? Sport in the modern age is a mercenary business. A Kenyan steeplechaser, Stephen Cherono, last summer changed his name to Saif Saeed Shaheen, changing at the same time his financial status for life, and then out-running his countrymen to win a gold medal for Qatar at the athletics world championships.

Cherono — or Shaheen — is having the best of both worlds. He still lives in Kenya, still breaths the clean high altitude of the Rift Valley, and runs where it is his birthright to run. Some of his old countrymen despise him; others look at the land he owns and the four all-terrain vehicles he drives and say good luck to him.

If it isn’t about money, the stuff helps.

But the runner is an individual, exercising freedom of choice in a sport and a world that allows it. The team player is, or until recently was, the embodiment of something national.

Last year, shortly after Cherono became Shaheed, the FIFA “family” met in Doha. The governing body of world soccer passed an amendment to Article 15 of its statutes, loosening the definition of nationality and allowing “young” professionals to convert from one country to another even where they might have played at under-21 level for the other in the past.

This, claimed FIFA, allowed players who had felt exploited by being selected at youth level to fulfill themselves at a more mature stage.

The new guideline came into effect in January, and in January Frederick Kanouté, Mohamed Sissoko and Lamine Sakho, all French under-21 starlets, performed for Mali, Mali and Senegal at the African Cup of Nations.

They, at least, had blood ties, either parents or grandparents from their “new” nations. Brazilians appeared in African colors, too, and they claimed residency.

The Qatar situation is different. The desert state, with less than 500,000 people but billions of petrodollars to throw at sports, has no qualms about who or what represents it. Dollars for gold medals is the offer, and it appears that the proud Qatari representative needs not even have seen the land he will represent.

After Qatar lost a World Cup qualifying game, 3-0, to Iran a few weeks ago, its hired trainer, Philippe Troussier, told L’Equipe, the sports paper in his native France, that hiring foreign players was “probably the only means to one day qualify Qatar for a World Cup.

“Naturalizations are nothing new to Qatar, 80 percent of my squad were not born in Qatar.”

He named the Frenchmen he would like to take to Doha with him, but the Brazilians arrived first.

Back in Zurich, a FIFA spokesman told Reuters that Sepp Blatter, the president, had said the Qatar moves were “against the spirit of the game.” The spokesman said the legal implications would be urgently discussed.

Blatter is in a predicament. He has presided over the loosening of FIFA statutes concerning eligibility, yet Qatar seeks shamelessly to take the interpretation too far.

On one side is Gerhard Mayer-Vorfelder, the German FA president and FIFA executive committee member, saying, “It is ridiculous that people can acquire the nationality of a country with which they have absolutely no connection. It attacks the fundamental fabric of national teams.”
On the other side is Mohamed Bin Hammam, also a FIFA executive committee man and also a personal friend and backer to Blatter. In the two elections Blatter has fought and won for the top job in FIFA, the Qatari has, in Blatter’s words “put his private plane at my disposal” to jet him around Africa canvassing votes.

So far, Hammam’s voice has not been heard on this rapidly developing embarrassment to FIFA. But, if Blatter is true to his word and curbing the Qatar exploitation is his top priority, then he might have to call out the emergency committee, the committee for ethics and fair play, and maybe the players’ status committee.

Hammam is a prominent member of the emergency and the ethics commissions. Mayer-Vorfelder sits as deputy chairman on the players’ status committee. Thank goodness money is not the important thing to the players involved — otherwise the Qatari and the German who are at crossed purposes on this issue might have to debate it as members of in the powerful finance committee of FIFA.

The contracts are being finalized in Doha and are due to be flown to Germany for the signatures of Ailton, Dede and Leandro. If and when those three lost souls get their wish to be somebody’s national heroes, the floodgates will open. And national teams, FIFA’s bedrock.

Vice-president Jack Warner flagrantly defied FIFA?s rules, but confidential auditors? reports exposing his activities before and during the tournament have been suppressed.

Sportsmail has acquired the confidential reports produced for FIFA by auditors Ernst & Young revealing how Warner was allowed to amass a fortune trading in tickets for Germany 2006.

One report estimated he and son Daryan cleared a profit of at least £500,000 on 5,400 tickets for England, Mexico and Japan matches The lenient treatment of Warner ? who controls 35 crucial votes that keep FIFA president Sepp Blatter in power ? contrasts starkly with the fate of fellow executive committee member Ismail Bhamjee in June.

The Warners began operations in June 2005, using their private Simpaul travel company in Trinidad to strike secret deals to sell thousands of packages of rooms and tickets to agents around the world.

FIFA turned a blind eye but were forced to act when the Trinidad media revealed last December that Warner charged huge mark-ups on Simpaul ticket-and-room packages.

FIFA?s ethics committee criticised Warner?s ticket deals, concluding he had abused his position to obtain personal benefits and failed to declare his business interests.

But in March the executive committee absolved him after he claimed he had severed connections with Simpaul.

In fact, Daryan Warner continued as managing director of Simpaul and Jack Warner?s personal assistant Patricia Modeste, who gave her address as Warner?s office in Port of Spain, remained company secretary.

Through Simpaul, the Warners secretly sold ?England Packages? to David Gambier of the Abingdon-based Sports World Group, guaranteeing 900 tickets for England?s first-round matches. Another deal was struck with Miami-based Soccer Travel to supply 1,500 tickets for Mexico?s initial games.

Then Simpaul contracted to supply an astonishing 3,000 tickets for Japan?s first three matches. Hotel rooms were booked through Florida-based Kick Sports Inc ? who ordered additional tickets to sell in Europe. These middlemen began taking advances from customers as early as November 2005. Finally, the Warners struck another profitable deal to supply £1.7m worth of hotel rooms in Germany.

Ernst & Young obtained Daryan?s emails confirming details of various deals, all copied to his father.

Warner?s demands for tickets became so outrageous that the Manchester-based Byrom company, operators of FIFA?s ticket office, tipped off Ernst & Young, who had been appointed to monitor potentially suspicious deals.

Two Ernst & Young accountants twice interviewed Warner Jnr but he scoffed at their requests for detailed information required by the FIFA-Simpaul contract and said he would refuse to hand over documents.

Again FIFA took no action.

The auditors were called in again on June 20 when Swiss travel agent Antonio Gallicchio turned up at FIFA?s Berlin hotel, complaining he had not received all the 100 euro tickets that he was paying 400 euros for.

He revealed that on June 14 Warner Jnr collected 180 tickets, ordered by his father, from FIFA?s ticket office in Berlin and immediately handed them to Kick Sports.

The huge volume of tickets demanded by Warner rang alarm bells in FIFA?s ticket office and a further Ernst & Young report submitted on July 8 to FIFA listed another 292 tickets ordered and paid for by Warner Snr, then resold at huge profits.

They concluded: ?Tickets (bought by) Jack Warner were transferred or resold into the secondary market in breach of 2006 World Cup ticketing general terms and conditions.? Yet again FIFA did not act.

Warner Snr submitted a further demand for an astonishing 1,245 tickets for second-round matches. It was not fulfilled.

Four years ago Sportsmail alleged that Warner Snr had made a $350,000 profit selling World Cup tickets in 2002.

Last night, FIFA spokesman Andreas Herren declined to reveal how many tickets Warner Snr ordered or received or explain why the audit reports had been kept secret for so long. Herren claimed the matter would be discussed at this Friday?s executive committee meeting in Zurich at the request of Jack Warner ? although there is no mention of it on the agenda published last week.
